This, I am semi-proud to say is the inaugural post of what I hope to be a good use of my previously wasted spare time. In this blog, I should hope to post reviews on books that I have read. A tired old story, yes. A rather cliché piece of work, yes. Shall I do it any-whom? Damn straight!
For my predicted total of three readers, I shall endeavor to make my reviews and bits of obscure information that I happen to think that everyone should know as entertaining as possible. I shall do this with a strategic combination of seals balancing balls on their noses and of jugglers. No. Scratch that. In hindsight, you shall just have to trust my writing style not to burn your eyes out. Yes! That is the ticket!
I hope to focus, in my reviews of more contemporary authors but just might have to go and indulge myself every once in a while on speculations about Jules Verne's ability to see the future and go into some lesser known classics.
